Overview
The Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Lead plays a critical role in the organization's successful utilization of the Salesforce Service Cloud platform. This position involves leading a team of Salesforce consultants and developers to design and implement effective solutions that enhance client interactions and service management processes. The Technical Lead ensures that all technical aspects align with best practices while delivering innovative solutions tailored to the specific needs of the business and its clients. As a key contributor, the Technical Lead collaborates with stakeholders across departments to provide a comprehensive understanding of technical requirements and handle complex issues related to Salesforce Service Cloud. The Technical Lead also serves as an ambassador for the Salesforce platform, ensuring the team is updated with the latest functionalities and features of the Service Cloud. With deep expertise in Salesforce technologies and a focus on customer satisfaction, this role is essential for enabling enhanced customer experiences and efficient service operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and design specifications.
  • Conduct code reviews and technical troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Facilitate discussions around best practices and design patterns within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers and consultants to enhance their technical skills.
  • Implement data management strategies to maintain data integrity and security.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize the Salesforce Service Cloud environment.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure delivery of projects on time and within scope.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend system upgrades or features to enhance efficiency.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to communicate technical aspects of projects and solutions.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and documentation for end-users.
  • Support user adoption by providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with Salesforce implementations.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers for integrations and enhancements.
Required Qualifications
  • Min 7yrs of experience in Salesforce development with Apex, Aura and LWC
  • Must have experience in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Aura and Web Components development.
  • Must have experience building integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On.
  • Nice to have hands-on experience with migrating changes from development to test to production environment(s) using COPADO.
  • Well-versed with various Salesforce metadata APIs, deployment methodologies, code coverage & release process
  • Ability to effectively debug and resolve production issues and system defects.
