About this Position:
Obtain and Share Information: Skip trace (over the phone and internet) to locate the customer and confirm the vehicle location. Communicate the vehicle location information to the assigned repossession contractor to aid in recovery of the vehicle.
Handle Phone Calls: Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls as a means of obtaining new leads.
Adhere to Policies/Processes: Remain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelines; adhere to the Operations Attendance policy.
Knowledge & Skills:
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
Previous Skip Tracing experience.
Experience making logical assumptions with information given.

Training:
• Virtual training will start 2/17/2025 Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5pm EST
Schedule:
• Monday - Friday 10am-7pm EST
• Weekends off
Targeted Bilingual Compensation: $19.00 - $22.25/hour based on experience.
Targeted Bonus: Uncapped monthly bonus potential based on individual performance. The estimated average bonus target for this position is around $600.
