Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in understanding how our products/services can enhance their practice, streamline operations, and improve patient outcomes.
  • Guide clients through the process of integrating new products or services into their practices.
  • Customer Support & Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Address client queries, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure successful implementation and utilization of products.
  • Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback.
  • Report on sales progress, market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct research to understand the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the medical and healthcare sectors.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and industry regulations
