We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic GTM Planning Director to lead the development, execution, and continuous optimization of our go-to-market strategies. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the entire GTM planning process, ensuring alignment between cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) and driving the successful execution of GTM initiatives. The GTM Planning Director will play a key role in influencing strategic decisions, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring our market-facing teams are equipped with the right tools, resources, and insights to succeed.
What a day in the life looks like:
Utilize account data to identify key market segments, sales potential within each territory, and performance trends to inform territory design.
Divide the market into manageable geographic and/or account-based territories with clear rules & logic to ensure equity and minimize gaps in coverage.
Account allocation/assignments:
Assign specific accounts to each sales rep based on their skillset, experience, relationships and territory design principles.
Track sales metrics within each territory to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments to territory assignments as needed throughout the fiscal year.
Work closely with sales management to ensure alignment between coverage strategy, territory design, and account assignments.
Leverage SFDC and the dedicated territory management workspace to streamline the process of data analysis, territory mapping and account assignments.
Working pattern and hours - e.g. Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

What you bring to the team:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
8+ years of experience in GTM planning, sales operations, marketing strategy, or a related field, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in creating and executing successful go-to-market strategies across multiple products, regions, or markets.
Extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and working closely with sales, marketing, product, and finance departments.
Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.
Experience in sales forecasting, resource planning, and budget management.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate insights effectively.
Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
