We are looking for an Application Specialist Biacore (m/f/d)- remote to work with our Sales and Account Manager teams. Do you bring a passion for working in After Sales in a successful team? Then we look forward to hearing from you.

What you’ll do

• Coordination and performance of instrument demonstrations and customer trainings.

• Product presentation on User Days, Workshops, Seminars and exhibitions

• Working with reference customers to build and maintain the Biacore Scientific Network

• Close collaboration with your Sales Specialist´s and Account Manager`s to develop our opportunity funnel and to secure the revenue.

• After sales support and troubleshooting to deliver a positive customer experience.

• A successful candidate will be an experienced Biacore user, self-directed individual in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.

• Gain deep knowledge of customers, products and Cytiva processes

Who you are

• Scientific background in Biology, Biotechnology or Chemistry

• Experienced user of our Biacore platform and consumable products

• Good communication skills

• Skilled user of the well-established communication platforms

• Good presentation skills

• Interested in sales processes and salesmanship

• Fluent in German and English
