The Role

As a Data & AI Lead specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

Ensuring that practice growth and P&L targets are met.
Overseeing technical delivery to ensure the overall quality of solutions developed.
Pre-sales efforts, including client meetings, presentations, estimating new projects, and webinars.
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
Adding new offerings to Elantis’ Service Catalog.
Be able to work PST time.

In this role, here are some of the skills we’re looking for:

Knowledge of data governance best practices, including data cataloging, lineage, and classification using Azure Purview.
Proficient in Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and Azure Cognitive Services.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and database design using SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and Cosmos DB.
Expertise in designing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and managing big data solutions.
Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.
Strong skills in DAX and Power Query for advanced data manipulation.
Able to work with project managers and technical teams to complete projects on time and on budget.
Minimum of five years of project delivery experience.
Experience managing teams.
Experience in consulting roles with multiple concurrent clients.
Articulate, excellent communication skills.
Able to confidently advise clients on solutions.
Proactive and driven.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability.
Skilled at coaching and mentoring a team.
