CTO & Co-Founder (SaaS, healthcare regulatory compliance space)

We are seeking a world-class entrepreneur for the role of CTO and Co-Founder for our newest company, currently referred to as StealthCo. StealthCo is an AI-powered SaaS platform revolutionizing healthcare compliance. The company’s mission is to democratize regulatory knowledge and simplify compliance processes across health systems, empowering staff to navigate complex regulations in their day-to-day operations confidently. Leveraging advanced AI/ML technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), StealthCo delivers scalable, innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiencies, reduce compliance risks, reduce administrative burden on healthcare professionals, and improve patient care and safety.

You’ll be supported by the High Alpha Innovation team, who have seen exponential growth across various SaaS platforms in multiple industries with successful exits along with the deep subject matter expertise, network, and credentials of the advising concept ideator.

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Co-Founder will lead our technical and product strategy. This hands-on technical and leadership role requires deep technical expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for leveraging technology to solve real-world challenges in healthcare compliance. You will own the product roadmap and technical software delivery while leading the team in delivering an AI-powered platform that transforms regulatory compliance workflows across the entire life cycle. As a co-founder, you’ll join a mission-driven team determined to shape the future of healthcare compliance through impactful, cutting-edge technology.

What You'll Do:

Technical Vision and Leadership

• Define and implement StealthCo's technical strategy, aligning with business objectives
• Architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions using LLMs and NLP
• Stay current with healthcare technology and AI/ML trends
• Lead cross-functional teams in designing innovative healthcare compliance products

Product Strategy and Software Development

• Oversee product and technical architectural roadmap
• Develop scalable, secure, HIPAA-compliant systems integrating with healthcare IT and EHRs
• Implement DevOps, Agile methodologies, and KPIs for efficient development
• Optimize LLM-driven solutions for scalability and efficiency
• Design reusable components emphasizing Responsible AI principles
• Manage deployment pipelines and ensure seamless integration into healthcare workflows
• Develop technical documentation and refine SDLC processes
• Analyze post-launch performance and iterate based on feedback
• Mentor technical team to uphold software quality and delivery velocity

Partnership and Collaboration

• Negotiate strategic partnerships with technology vendors
• Align technical execution with business goals
• Build relationships with healthcare stakeholders
• Participate in fundraising activities

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Successful track record as CTO or similar role in healthcare technology startup
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (advanced degrees preferred)
• 10+ years in engineering, ML, or software development, emphasizing AI/ML and NLP
• 2+ years designing and deploying LLM-based solutions
• Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and RegTech solutions

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java)
• Expertise in cloud platforms and DevOps practices
• Experience with transformer architectures and LLM Ops
• Strong background in data security, particularly for healthcare data
• Experience with NLP in regulatory or compliance contexts

Leadership and Strategic Skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to lead technical teams
• Strong integrity and ethical decision-making
• Product and software development experience in SaaS and healthcare technology
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Customer-facing ability and experience in early-stage, venture-backed companies
• Venture capital fundraising experience preferred
