Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Outbound Sales Specialist to engage with our client base, promote memberships, and identify plumbing-related service opportunities. This role is integral to driving business growth and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to engage our extensive client base.
• Present compelling membership offers and address plumbing-related needs.
• Educate customers on services and benefits to drive sales.
• Guide leads through the sales pipeline, from outreach to closure.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to exceed targets.
• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions using CRM tools like ServiceTitan.
• Deliver post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications:

• Fluent proficiency in English.
• Proven track record of surpassing sales targets.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in CRM software for lead management.
• Experience in commission-based sales roles is desirable.
• Knowledge of the plumbing industry is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with Gusto-compliant countries and currencies.
