About Our Client

Our Client is a Münich-based Europes leading independent marketplace for working capital financing with global reach. By financing both receivables and payables our Client enables their customers to optimize their cash flow via our global marketplace. Its a team of 90+ international professionals, driving the continuous development of the platform and the onboarding of additional customers and financial partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the platform using advanced software practices and methodologies
• Participate in requirements engineering, ensuring alignment with the Disciplined Agile principles
• Collaborate with CRX teams to design interfaces for inter-service interaction.
• Design at both high- and low-levels, create prototypes, and join in reviews
• Uphold top-tier Testing & Quality Assurance standards, utilizing unit testing, integration testing, and other validation methods
• Lead and engage in Code Reviews, promoting continuous improvement, best practices, and collaborative learning
• Research & evaluate new technologies for potential integration into our platform
• Mentor junior team members to elevate the team's performance.

Requirements

• Excellent programming aptitude and the capacity for logical and abstract thinking
• A team player dedicated to delivering outstanding results in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Deep knowledge in technologies for building large Microservice Landscapes in Java:
  • Frameworks (DI, Web, Security, etc.)
  • Relational databases (JDBC, JPA, JOOQ, etc.)
  • REST Web services (SOAP is a plus)
  • Messaging (Kafka or similar)
  • Containers and orchestration (Docker, K8s, etc.)
  • Architectural patterns (microservices, message queues, integration, etc.)
• Proficiency with a JavaScript frontend stack, such as React or AngularJS, is a plus.
