To support the development and commercial success of D-EDGE in Taiwan we are looking for a highly driven Commercial Manager, based in Taiwan.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute direct and indirect sales strategies to acquire new clients (excluding existing clients).Build a P&L revenue approach to segment prospects and leads effectively.Achieve the defined sales budget and provide accurate weekly forecasts and pipeline updates.Negotiate contracts and associated conditions with new clients.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring active engagement of key hotel team members.Collaborate with clients to implement optimal strategies, analyses, controls, and best practices.Analyze and identify revenue opportunities, visibility enhancements, and conversion optimization actions to maximize client outcomes and mitigate risks.Enhance the performance and revenue of the key accounts portfolio.Coordinate client needs with internal D-EDGE departments to deliver exceptional service.Maximize client retention through improved results and strong relationships with decision-makers and users.Serve as an expert on the company’s products and solutions, providing tailored recommendations to clients.Propose and inform customers about new products and solutions to enhance their performance.Partner with cross-functional teams, including Professional Services, Marketing & Communication, Products, and Revenue Optimization Services, to deliver comprehensive solutions.Represent the company at major customer meetings and professional associations.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEStrong experience in managing relationships with Internet B2B companies.SMB Knowledge: Familiarity with the dynamics of small and medium-sized businesses.Problem-Solving: Adept at coordinating stakeholders and driving solution-oriented outcomes.Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with the ability to take initiative and deliver results.Personality: Directive, supportive, participative, and achievement-focused.Technical Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with RMS, PMS, CRM, CMS, or Google Analytics is a bonus.Language Skills: Fluent in spoken written in Mandarin Chinese and English.Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel extensively.
