React Developer (Remote - Latam)

React Developer

We are seeking a React Developer to join our clients team and contribute to various software development projects. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with React and related technologies, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and operate services deployed using React and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate actively in Agile processes, including sprints and daily stand-ups.
• Use data-driven approaches to improve performance, including A/B testing and analytics tools.

Requirements

Academic/Training

• Minimum Academic Training: Complete university education, equivalent to a university baccalaureate or higher.
• Primary Area of Training: Computer Science, Systems, or related Engineering.
• Secondary Area of Training: Software development, with a focus on React.

Experience

• At least 3 years in a similar role and technical stack.
• Proven experience designing, building, maintaining, and operating deployed services.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and methodologies.

Technical Skills

• ReactJS (including React Hooks, Redux, HOC).
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, C#, or Ruby+React.
• Experience with APIs and REST.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel or similar.
• Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely.
• Proficient with Gitlab for version control.
• Agile methodologies, including Scrum.

Job Details

• Type of Contract: Direct hire, indefinite period.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime shifts only.
• Location: Remote from anywhere Latam.
