This is a remote position.

Role Name: Social Media Marketing Manager


Schedule:
  • Part-time (20-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)(10:00 PM to 2:00 AM Manila Time) - but can be flexible within business hours

Job Description

  • Create and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Develop and execute strategic paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, Google Ads, and YouTube
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments across all social channels, ensuring high-quality customer service
  • Track and analyze social media metrics and advertising performance to optimize campaigns
  • Schedule and coordinate content publication to maintain consistent brand presence
  • Collaborate with the team to align social media strategy with overall marketing goals
  • Stay current with social media trends and platform updates to maximize engagement


Requirements
  • Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms professionally
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media advertising and Google Ads
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent written communication
  • Ability to work independently during US business hours
  • Proficient in social media management and scheduling tools
