Your role in the Team

You'll be joining our Content team, working alongside SEO and social specialists, plus market analysts, to shape our content strategy, based around performance insights. Your creative storytelling and content expertise will help us build stronger connections with our audience through organic social media and web content that educates and engages.

What you’ll do

  • Identify relevant topics for SEO, social channels and YouTube that drives conversion
  • Brief and review SEO content, and optimise SEO and social channels for best performance
  • Brief and edit engaging social and YouTube content that sparks conversation
  • Analyse performance across all organic channels to deliver meaningful insights that shape our content strategy
  • Contribute to omnichannel content strategy for clear user journeys and engagement

What you’ll need for this role

  • Experience in editing videos for social media and YouTube
  • A keen interest in the financial markets or financial services experience
  • Proven experience in SEO
  • Strong creative abilities with experience in social optimisation
  • Experience in briefing and managing content creation
  • Understanding of UX principles and user journey optimization
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to measure and analyse content performance
