As a People Operations Analyst at Fullsteam, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient people processes, analyzing data, supporting various people/HR functions, and driving M&A integration activities to improve overall People service delivery. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our People/HR department and involves continuous collaboration with other team members and departments to implement best practices and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of People/HR operations, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain People/HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency across the organization.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of people operations.
  • Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for people processes to ensure compliance and streamline workflows.
  • Develop and execute people integration plans to ensure a smooth transition for employees and people processes in the acquisition cycle.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align people/HR practices and policies during M&A integrations.
  • Ensure consistent communication and support for employees affected by mergers and acquisitions.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of people/HR integration activities and address any issues that arise.
  • Monitor adherence to people/HR policies and procedures and provide guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Conduct regular audits of people/HR processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data to support people/HR activities and decision-making. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, diversity).
  • Support the administration and maintenance of Workday. Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with Workday team to resolve them.
  • Provide support for people/HR projects and initiatives, such as performance reviews and employee engagement surveys.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Support federal, state, and local compliance reporting requirements. 
  • Support People/HR due diligence activities during mergers and acquisitions.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop practical solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to evaluate processes from a business analyst perspective, including defining and documenting workflows, identifying inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement, and developing actionable plans to enhance effectiveness and alignment with  organizational objectives.
  • Capability to think strategically and critically evaluate situations to make informed decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and build positive working relationships.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Experience with M&A integration activities is preferred.
  • Workday experience is preferred.
