We are searching for a Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining a portfolio-wide preventative maintenance program, including developing an effective training curriculum for maintenance and facilities team members at a national level, across the organization. This position is also responsible for assigned capital projects and developing a site inspection program to identify deficiencies and future projects. The Regional facilities Manager will collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors, General Managers, and Regional Managers to identify areas of improvement through regular meetings and site inspections.

Qualifications
The base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000-$95,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
