Who You Are

We're seeking a dynamic Communications Coordinator to join our growing marketing team at Verve, one of the world’s leading adtech companies. The ideal candidate will be a multi-disciplinary communicator, skilled writer, and action-oriented collaborator.

As Communications Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in executing our integrated communications strategy, with a focus on owned content and earned media. Reporting to the content marketing lead, you’ll collaborate with design, field marketing, product marketing, marketing operations, and our external PR agencies. This role requires strong project management skills and cross-functional collaboration both within the marketing team and across the entire organization.

This is a hybrid role that takes place three days per week in our NYC office. Outside of the tri-state area, it can be held remotely within the United States.

What You Will Do

The Communications Coordinator’s responsibilities will support a range of external and internal content and communications initiatives, including:

  • Content calendar project management: Support execution of our editorial calendar, ensuring content deadlines are met throughout the production process.

  • Social media: Develop and publish content across our social media channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice while driving engagement and growth. This will include light design skills such as using templates in Canva, Figma, or Google Slides.

  • PR/Media relations: Assist with coordinating timely internal approvals, attend weekly meetings with our external agencies, monitor marketing inbox for media inquiries.

  • Owned content: Translate complex information into compelling content for our resource library of blog posts, case studies, and longform content.

  • Email marketing: Collaborate with marketing operations and field marketing to support email newsletters, event promotions, and lead nurture campaigns.

  • Internal communications and employer branding: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify content opportunities that enhance our brand with current and potential employees. Amplify marketing efforts to internal audiences.

The Communications Coordinator will also support select administrative and reporting tasks, such as: submitting vendor invoices and tracking/compiling quarterly analytics on blog, SEO, and social media performance.
