This is how you will make an impact as a Sales Excellence & Growth Manager:

  • You coordinate cross-functional projects in the sales domain, working with teams such as Customer Success, Legal, Marketing, and Product to ensure seamless collaboration across departments and enhance the efficiency of sales processes.

  • You organize webinars and campaigns to unlock new sales opportunities.

  • You optimize sales processes, for example, by conducting employee training to maximize cross-selling potential.

  • You identify areas for improvement in sales processes and develop initiatives to increase efficiency.

  • You establish and standardize sales processes to create clear structures and improve collaboration between Sales and Customer Success, always keeping the customer perspective in mind.

  • You analyze KPIs and sales metrics to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.

  • You support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve growth targets.

  • You manage and enhance the company’s revenue tech stack to ensure all systems work seamlessly together and are used effectively.

  • You are responsible for maintaining a clear pipeline and delivering accurate revenue forecasts.
