They are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic German-speaking Truck Driver Recruiter to join their team.

📍 Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Find potential candidates using online platforms, social media, job boards, and other recruitment resources.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified truck driver candidates, ensuring they meet high standards of safety and professionalism.
• Communication and Engagement: Interact with candidates via phone, email, or in person, schedule and carry out interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, provide updates on their application status, and address their questions.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Keep accurate and up-to-date candidate records in an applicant tracking system, ensuring data protection and a smooth recruitment process.
• Job Posting and Advertising: Help draft job descriptions and post them on various platforms to attract candidates.

  📝Qualifications:

• Excellent German language skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English
• Strong social and cognitive skills, including active listening and empathy.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of recruitment principles and experience in the transport and logistics industry is a plus. We will also be considering junior candidates with no previous experience in the field.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and online platforms for research and communication.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in the transportation industry and truck driver recruitment.
• Ability to work between 12 p.m. and 8 p.m.
