Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile client accounts using Xero and MYOB.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial transactions accurately.

• Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a bookkeeper, ideally in public accounting or supporting small businesses.
• Advanced proficiency in Xero and MYOB, including payroll functions.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or bookkeeping certifications.
