We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant specializing in Accounts Receivable and Credit Control to join a renowned FMCG company. Responsibilities

Manage finance operations for the Order-to-Cash process, including price setting, billing settlement, reconciliation, and accounts receivable collection across all channels.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Support, and Distribution teams to resolve outstanding accounts receivables and disputes.
Review and process credit notes and cheque issuances in line with contracts.
Oversee cash collection operations, including coordination with debt collectors.
Respond to ad hoc queries from stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, related to collections and credit issues.
Prepare Accounts Receivable and customer reports for management.
Assist in internal control, process improvement initiatives, and ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG/F&B industry or MNCs.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (e.g., Pivot Table, V-Lookup).
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
A good team player with a positive mindset and effective communication skills.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Accountant position.
