Pin Genie Limited is a leader in the smart security industry, known for setting the standard in home and commercial protection. The company is expanding its marketing team to cater to growing US business and international expansion. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving e-commerce growth, optimizing marketing campaigns, and ensuring optimal user experiences for the company's online store.

Responsibilities

Manage and update the Lockly.com store, ensuring optimal user experience and high conversion rates.
Plan, create, and execute digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance, focusing on key performance indicators like traffic and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide competitor analysis to inform digital marketing strategies.
Independently manage projects and drive results with clear focus on performance marketing objectives.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in e-commerce and performance marketing.
Proven experience with tech/lifestyle brands, particularly in the US, EU, or AU market.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Pinterest, TikTok).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
Hands-on experience with website management and e-commerce platforms (Shopify is a plus).
Ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English and Chinese, with additional languages being a plus.
