The company is expanding its marketing team to cater to growing US business and international expansion. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving e-commerce growth, optimizing marketing campaigns, and ensuring optimal user experiences for the company's online store.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and update the Lockly.com store, ensuring optimal user experience and high conversion rates.
  • Plan, create, and execute digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, focusing on key performance indicators like traffic and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide competitor analysis to inform digital marketing strategies.
  • Independently manage projects and drive results with clear focus on performance marketing objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in e-commerce and performance marketing.
  • Proven experience with tech/lifestyle brands, particularly in the US, EU, or AU market.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Pinterest, TikTok).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with website management and e-commerce platforms (Shopify is a plus).
  • Ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with additional languages being a plus.
