Responsibilities

Data Collection & Processing:

• Gather data from various sources, including internal databases, public datasets, and APIs.
• Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and usability, handling missing values, outliers, and formatting.
• Collaborate with data engineers to define clear requirements for data pipelines.

Data Analysis:

• Perform statistical and exploratory data analysis (EDA), hypothesis testing, and advanced modeling to derive actionable insights.
• Analyze player behavior and game performance to support business objectives.

Data Visualization:

• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Present data insights in a clear and concise manner for non-technical stakeholders.

Report Preparation & Presentation:

• Write detailed analytical reports to support business decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations to teams and management based on data analysis.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and other departments to understand business needs and customize data analytics projects.

Data Quality Assurance:

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation processes and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome, though prior experience in data analysis (gaming industry preferred) is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming mechanics and player behavior is a strong plus.
