Your mission
We are currently seeking a Product Owner to join our dynamic team at INNOVANT. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects while collaborating with talented professionals in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and objectives.
  • Develop and implement technology solutions aligned with client needs and company goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve workflows, processes, and deliverables to ensure efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems and solutions to meet high-quality standards.
  • Actively participate in team discussions, contributing ideas and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Adapt to agile methodologies, ensuring timely and effective delivery of project milestones.
Your profile
Your profile:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Certifications in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe) are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, managing development teams and backlogs in an agile environment.
    • Proven experience working on multiple projects simultaneously in the tech sector, demonstrating strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Technical Competencies:
    • Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and adaptive agile frameworks.
    • Hands-on experience creating, prioritizing, and maintaining product backlogs.
    • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
    • Basic knowledge of programming languages, testing tools, or databases is a plus, enabling better communication with technical teams.
    • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira.
    • Familiarity with collaboration and communication tools such as Slack and Confluence.
  • Languages: Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken) is required for client interactions, technical documentation, and international meetings.
