Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hr  unpaid Lunch Break (35 hours)
  • Saturday: 9:00am to 3:00pm with 1 hr unpaid Lunch Break (5 hours)

Job Description

Become the voice of an innovative electric scooter brand, guiding customers through their e-mobility journey. You’ll handle diverse inquiries, provide basic technical support, and ensure smooth transactions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email about e-scooters and accessories
  • Offer technical troubleshooting for e-scooter issues, enhancing user experience
  • Process orders, track shipments, and manage returns/exchanges efficiently
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure seamless customer journey
  • Manage high inquiry volumes during peak seasons and promotional events
  • Contribute to knowledge base updates and process improvements
  • Participate in ongoing product and policy training sessions
Requirements
  • Customer service experience, preferably 5+ years in tech or mobility sectors
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools
  • Ability to handle 50-100 daily customer interactions
  • Commitment to maintaining 90%+ customer satisfaction rates
  • Capability to resolve 80% of customer issues independently
