Digital Project Manager

This is a remote position.

Requirements

• Manage Project Scope, (Budgets, Timelines, Risks, Resources and Key Deliverables);
  
• Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement;
  
• Communication and meetings with clients (ability to present strategies, reports, audits and other relevant indicators);
  
• Collaborate with other agencies or partners;
  
• Planning of activities and assignment of tasks to team members;
  
• Search market trends and target identification;
  
• Ensure work delivery within agreed deadlines and with impeccable quality;
  
• Manage and develop integrated strategies involving various channels: Website, Social Media, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing;
  
• Ability to work closely with different profiles across the agency, including designers, developers, marketing experts;
  
• Stay up-to-date on current trends and technologies.
  

• 3-5 years of previous experience managing Digital Projects;
  
• Previous and solid experience in Team Management and Client Management (key account manager) in the Digital area;
  
• Ability to Plan and Execute a solid Digital Strategy. In-depth knowledge of key concepts and main KPI’s;
  
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and industry standards (Trello, Zoho Projects);
  
• Ability to analyze and present results of digital campaigns (website performance, google ads, social media, email marketing, SEO);
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful attitude;
  
• Fluent in English (B2 to C1) and Portuguese.
