Role Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead and inspire a creative team, focusing on delivering innovative visual communication campaigns that align with 2San’s brand strategy. Collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing and Brand Manager, this role requires creativity, leadership, and an ability to mentor designers while ensuring high-quality outputs across print, digital, and motion graphics.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Mentor and inspire the design team to produce high-quality creative outputs, enhancing 2San’s internal and external profile globally.
• Lead the creation of engaging visual content, including social media posts, in-house collateral, and full-scale branding projects, from concept to completion.
• Champion creative problem-solving within the team, consistently testing new ways to connect with target audiences through design.
• Ensure creative outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all multi-channel touchpoints.
• Work collaboratively across departments to translate complex or vague requirements into effective design solutions.
• Act as a brand guardian, safeguarding 2San’s corporate identity across all visual communications.
• Design impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Oversee the rebranding of company materials to maintain a fresh and cohesive brand identity

Key Skills & Experience

• A relevant bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in Graphics Design or other related field.
• A minimum of 3 year recent experience in similar position designing for both print and digital

OR

• A minimum of 5 years recent experience in similar position designing for both print and digital

AND

• Proven experience in a senior design role, with expertise in branding, print, digital, and motion graphics.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of managing and inspiring creative teams.
• Advanced PowerPoint design skills, with experience creating company presentations and rebranding corporate materials.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of branding principles.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, and desire to be part of a dynamic, fast paced team.
• Flexible shift coverage timings to support global regions (US or UK or AU tbd)

Software Expertise

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, with experience in creating professional presentations and templates.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Wrike or similar tools.
• Experience with Canva and other digital content creation platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital asset management systems and tools for effective workflow management.

Circumstances & Compensation

• Fluent in English (C2 or above)
• Must be eligible to work in AU/UK/US time zone
• Location: Remote, work from home 
• Compensation: 75,000 PHP per month
