Role Overview

This role consists of several key responsibilities related to responding to and speaking with customers. The role’s core function is to serve as a starting point for customers with inbound inquiries about 2San Products, Services, and Sectors. This role will also be responsible to support the Head of Sales in an administrative capacity. While specific responsibilities are defined below, the flexibility and agility of the person in this role will greatly increase their success in the role and within 2San.


Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Answer and triage inbound Phone calls, emails, and chat messages  
  • Coordinate and execute Outbound phone campaigns.  
  • Manage key Excel database files extracting data and generating reports  
  • Administrative Support for Head of Sales including email management, task management, calendar management as needed  


Key Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years recent experience in similar position designing for both print and digital

  • Excellent organisation and attention-to-detail 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 
  • Strong presentation skills 
  • Ability to problem-solve and think logically 
  • Self-motivated and proactive in approach to achieving targets 
  • Strong drive to seek continuous improvement 
  • Ability to work in a small highly motivated team in a collaborative way 
  • Ability to self-manage and be self-taught


Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

  • High School level education  
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Circumstances & Compensation

  • Fluent in English (C2 or above)
  • Must be eligible to work in AU time zone
  • Location: Remote, work from home 
  • Compensation: 35,000 PHP per month

Technology Setup

In addition to the above, you must also have the appropriate technology system & software in place as below:

  • Internet not lower than 50 MBPS
  • Less than 3 year old Laptop or PC with at least Intel Core i3 processor and 4GB RAM (or equivalent)
  • Noise cancellation headset & a webcam
