Job description

Performance Marketing Intern

Stipend: Unpaid
Duration: 3 months

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join our team. This unpaid internship is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, advertising platforms, and data-driven campaign optimization. You will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and supporting team projects to develop your skills in the dynamic field of performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI) and prepare detailed reports.
  • Contribute to A/B testing to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy for search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment in marketing strategies.
  • Support budget tracking and pacing across platforms to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and updates to marketing platforms.

Qualifications:
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and performance marketing.
  • Basic understanding of online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Familiarity with key performance metrics (e.g., CPC, CPM, CTR, reach, impressions).
  • Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
