Job description

Contract Period : 1 Year (Extendable based on performance)

Work Week : 5 Days a week (Mon to Fri) - Weekend - Sat & Sun

Role Description:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu. The role involves providing support through a blended process (phone calls, chat, and email).


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for better customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Min 1-3 years relevant experience in customer support
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
