The Program Manager, Integrations will work directly with the Director, Post Merger Integration and workstream leaders in managing, communicating, and delivering integration goals within the function. This person will sit on the PMI team helping to coordinate efforts cross-functionally.

What you'll get the opportunity to do:

Program Management & Delivery:

  • Leads the planning and delivery management for integration workstreams within the function
  • Works with the team to set up project plans and WBS, including identifying key project milestones, deliverables, and owners
  • Owns weekly functional area/workstream meetings, and is accountable for follow-up actions and tracking key decisions
  • Works with team members to identify and track project assumptions, issues, and risks
  • Manages the overall delivery of workstream integration goals by keeping the team on pace to ensure they meet objectives within the defined timeline

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

  • Provides timely and relevant updates on workstream integration progress to PMI Office  
  • Coordinates cross-functionally when issues arise and decisions need to be made
  • Identifies dependencies across the workstreams and works to mitigate bottlenecks
  • Escalates issues and risks to Functional Leaders and PMI as appropriate
What you'll bring to the team:
  • 5+ years of related experience in project or program management
  • Integration or large transformation project experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to be successful in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (and/or their Google Suite Equivalents)
  • Exceptional project management – success lies in the details, and this person must be adept at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-building qualities -  as part of global integration, this person needs to build rapport and trust quickly
  • System and process thinking - this person will support teams in identifying easier, faster, and more efficient ways of doing things
