As a Tribe Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the Tribe program in your region by recruiting and onboarding Tribe Campus Leaders, creating and managing community forums, fostering engagement, and tracking performance for program growth.

  • Lead the recruitment of qualified students as Tribe Campus Leaders across campuses
  • Create a smooth onboarding process with essential knowledge and resources for new leaders
  • Maintain consistent communication by sharing updates, addressing concerns, and fostering collaboration between Tribe Campus Leaders
  • Develop relationships with campus administration and clubs to expand program reach
  • Track and analyse program KPIs, generating reports to optimize community growth and engagement
