Currently, we are seeking a Technical Stage Consultan with a strong English level to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for: 

 

Position Title: Technical Stage Consultan
Location: Remote (LATAM)

 

What you will be doing:
The primary purpose of this role is to support the coordination and preparation of technical environments for testing purposes within the Information Security domain. The role involves coordinating activities among business units, clients, and project teams, ensuring readiness through efficient documentation and communication. Key responsibilities include collecting and documenting technical information such as IP targets and lockout policies, preparing virtual machines, and configuring other technical environments in alignment with documented processes.
  • Coordinate activities, documentation, readiness schedules, and information between business, clients, and project teams.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate testing readiness status adequately to all participants.
  • Use project management tools to monitor key tasks, responsible parties, timelines, and status.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Take ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Collect and document technical information such as IP targets, lockout policies, and other pertinent data for testing purposes.
  • Prepare and configure virtual machines and other technical environments for testing in accordance with documented processes.
  • Collaborate with SecureWorks team members to ensure readiness of the testing environment and address any setup issues.
  • Communicate the status of technical preparations and readiness to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any technical challenges encountered during the setup and testing phases.
  • Support the project team by ensuring accurate and timely documentation of setup processes and technical configurations.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Main Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in delivery coordination within Information Security
  • Excellent written and verbal client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong ability to quickly learn and thrive in a high-energy team environment
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic with a team-oriented approach
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
  • Basic experience with NMap Scanning
  • Beginner-level understanding of Linux and troubleshooting skills
  • Entry-level proficiency in Python scripting
  • Basic understanding of web application authentication methods
  • Very basic understanding of APIs, SOAPUI/Restlet, and API Authentication Methods
  • Secondary Skills:
These are additional skills that will help you succeed in this role. 
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure
  • Certification in CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience with VMWare or virtualization technologies
