As Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the operational follow- up of accounts within the Polish service organization. You will be the Single Point of Contact for all service-related matters for your customer portfolio.

Your responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and following up the relationship and the agreements made with the client 2. Managing contracts and monitoring follow-up of the services
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients to identify their challenges and help to address
  • Review of time registrations for the customer & related invoicing towards the customer
  • Monitoring and coordinating efficient implementation in accordance with the agreements made and the SLAs
  • Understanding of customer priorities, monitor and steer towards customer satisfaction, managing escalation.
  • Monitor & manage customer profitability
  • Maintaining good contacts with our partners, subcontractors and the SD Worx countries

  • Experience in service management processes & governance
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Commercially driven, solutions driven approach
