Position Title: HR Manager

Work Set Up: Work from Home

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The HR Manager will be pivotal in supporting our growth by overseeing and managing all human resources functions across our businesses. This role requires a strong understanding of the U.S. HR compliance, employment laws, and best practices, along with the ability to lead strategic initiatives that align with our mission of sustainable and socially responsible growth. The ideal candidate will have U.S. HR certifications.

What You'll Do:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and the quadruple bottom line values

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development strategies

Recruitment & Talent Management:

  • Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent

  • Develop strategies to attract and retain a diverse and high-performing workforce

  • Create and manage succession planning initiatives

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the companys mission and values

  • Serve as a resource for employee concerns, resolving conflicts and handling sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism

HR Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws

  • Regularly update and enforce HR policies and procedures

  • Manage workplace safety programs and ensure adherence to OSHA and other relevant regulations

Performance Management & Development:

  • Oversee performance evaluation processes, coaching managers on effective performance improvement strategies

  • Design and implement training programs that support employee development and career progression

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Administer and optimize salary structures, benefits packages, and incentive programs

  • Coordinate open enrollment processes and serve as a liaison for benefits inquiries and claims

  • Assist in the preparation of payroll processing

HR Operations:

  • Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate employee records

  • Develop and analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making



What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong understanding of U.S labor laws and HR compliance
  • Experience working in diverse, fast-paced environments, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or investment sectors

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and cultures

  • Expertise in HRIS systems, data analysis, Google Suites, Slack and Monday.com

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines

  • Passion for sustainability and socially responsible business practices

  • Experience with multi-state or international HR operations

  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
