DevOps Engineer (Junior/Senior)

Responsibilities

• Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and environments to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and effectively communicate them to developers.
• Automate and improve development and release processes.
• Test and review code written by others, analyze results, and provide feedback.
• Ensure the security and safety of systems against cybersecurity threats.
• Identify technical problems and develop updates or fixes to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with software developers to ensure adherence to processes and project functionality.
• Plan projects and actively participate in project management decisions.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Develop applications for automated visualization and integration with internal back-end systems.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or similar software engineering roles (experience level can vary for junior roles).
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Proficiency with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud.
• Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Chef.
• Proficiency in Git and Git workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative team spirit and excellent communication skills.
