inne is the next generation of womenâs Â health tech enabling natural contraception and fertility care. We are an interdisciplinary team who has seen first hand how womenâs need for female health education and accurate fertility insights have been underserved.Â

We have developed our first innovative biotech product which enables women to analyse fertility hormones with their saliva.

â¡ï¸ YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial and analytical Foundersâ Associate to join our growing company. As a key member of the team, you will work directly with the founders/Co-CEOs and leadership team on critical fundraising efforts, strategic projects, and financial analyses that will help scale the company.

In this role, you will:

Lead the preparation of investor materials, including pitch decks, financial models, and fundraising documentation.
Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
Collaborate with the founders on high-priority strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform fundraising strategies and business positioning.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive actionable insights.
Coordinate cross-functional projects to support business objectives and growth plans.
Act as a trusted thought partner to the founder, providing recommendations based on rigorous analysis.

âï¸ ABOUT YOU

Essential to have:

Bachelorâs degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a startup environment.
Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience creating high-quality slide decks.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.

Nice to have:

Experience in the femtech, healthtech, or wellness sectors.
Familiarity with financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
Exposure to fundraising or investor relations, including interacting with venture capital firms.
Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or project management software (e.g., Asana, Notion).
Passion for improving womenâs health and advancing gender equity in healthcare.
