Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Description: Senior Software Engineer (Java/Golang)

Experience: 3-5 yrs 

Location: Remote

Notice Period: Immediate joiner or max 15days preferred

 

  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership to the team, driving the adoption of best practices and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Participate actively in code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions to ensure quality and scalability.
  • Experiment with and adopt cutting-edge technologies to enhance product performance and team efficiency.
  • Develop and implement a long-term technology vision for the product.
  • Own the complete architecture and technical design of your assigned product or module.
  • Guide and mentor team members, ensuring alignment with technical goals and best practices.
  • Select appropriate tools and technologies for the team and take ownership of their implementation.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in software development with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming using Java and/or Golang.
  • Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms and their practical application.
  • Expertise in web technologies, including Java, Spring, Python, Linux, Apache, MySQL, Solr, Memcache, and Redis.
  • Hands-on experience with high-performance services handling millions of daily users is a significant plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
