Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Total hours: 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day
  • Monday - Friday
  • Anytime between 9:00am to 5:00pm New Zealand Time (4:00 AM to 12:00 PM PHT)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, be able to implement and optimize Google and Facebook ad campaigns, and streamline our customer engagement processes. This role is key to driving growth and ensuring excellent customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

Google Ads Campaign Management:
  • Create, optimize, and monitor Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage bidding strategies.
  • Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Facebook Ads Campaign Management:
  • Develop, launch, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Lead Management and Follow-Up:
  • Promptly follow up with leads via email to nurture and convert.
  • Track lead progress in the sales pipeline and provide updates to the team.

Email Flow Creation:
  • Develop and manage automated email flows (e.g., welcome series, cart abandonment, etc.).
  • Collaborate on email marketing campaigns and strategies.

Customer Database Organization:
  • Maintain and organize customer and lead databases for effective communication.
  • Ensure all customer data is accurate and up to date.

Requirements
  • Proven experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Experience with e-commerce or product-based businesses.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Slack, or Asana for workflow automation.
