Our company, is a family-run business specializing in the design and sale of handmade wooden figurines. We sell on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify, offering a wide range of products including figurines, ornaments, keychains, wedding cake toppers, wine stoppers, and more. We aim to expand our product offerings and improve the efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Supplier Management:

• Research and identify potential suppliers for new products.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, samples, and production timelines.
• Ensure quality assurance by reviewing samples and coordinating improvements with suppliers.
• Manage relationships with existing suppliers to maintain inventory levels and ensure timely orders.

Product Listings Management:

• Create and manage listings across various platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify.
• Set up product variations (e.g., figurine, ornament, keychain, wedding cake topper, wine stopper) consistently across all platforms.
• Regularly update listings with new products, variations, and necessary changes.
• Ensure all listings are consistent across platforms to maximize sales potential.

Inventory Maintenance:

• Keep track of current stock and order new inventory based on sales trends.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast product needs for upcoming months.

Research & Ad-Hoc Tasks:

• Assist with research on new product ideas and pricing.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product expansion.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as needed based on business priorities.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for supplier interactions.
• Amazon and Etsy experience are a must
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail in product listings and inventory management.
• Strong research skills, especially in finding new suppliers and product ideas.
• Experience with sourcing and managing supplier relationships is a plus.
