 What You’ll Do

• Lead SOTI’s legal team in the EMEA region and serve as key advisor to business teams throughout the region.

• Advise on a wide range of commercial transactions, including sales, procurement, product and partnership initiatives.

• Partner with SOTI’s People and Culture team on human resource matters throughout the EMEA region.

• Manage external counsel on appropriate matters.

• Design and implement policies, templates and processes to support the efficient and effective delivery of legal services in the EMEA region.

• Coach and mentor team members.

• Develop and deliver training on legal concepts, templates and processes.

Experience You’ll Bring

• 4-8 years PQE as a lawyer at a top-tier law firm and/or as in-house counsel within the software industry

• A lawyer in good standing licensed to practice

• Experience negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial agreements

• Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability and interest to learn about areas of law, and the laws of different jurisdictions.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and with different levels of management

• Strong writing, drafting, and speaking skills

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
