Job description

Overview:
If you're looking for the stability of a profitable, growing company with the entrepreneurial spirit of a startup, we’re hiring. SageSure, a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, is seeking an Intern to join the Rising Pioneer Program as part of our Customer Experience team.  

Working under the Customer Experience team at SageSure, the largest independent residential managing general underwriter (MGU) in the U.S., offers a broad range of opportunities and experience to advance your career. You will be a part of the Marketing & Sales Enablement and Optimization practice that is transforming the way we strategize, engage, and motivate our partner agents. In this role, you will:  

  • Work cross-functionally with other departments developing surveys and synthesizing findings 
  • Identify challenges within internal processes and recommend solutions sharpening documentation and critical thinking skills 
  • Provide updates to the AVP of CX and present findings to senior leaders growing your executive presence 
     

What you’d be doing: 

  • Partnering with cross functional teams to design customer surveys and reporting solutions 
  • Conducting research using Qualtrics surveys, questionnaires, and customer interviews 
  • Analyzing voice of customer through both relational and transactional studies 
  • Synthesizing customer feedback into actionable key themes that highlight CX opportunities 
  • Assisting with the communications and administration of Voice of Customer (VOC) programs 
  • Designing and developing CX dashboards, reports, and closed loop processes in Qualtrics 
  • Fostering cross-functional relationships with senior-level visibility 

 

We’re looking for someone who has: 

  • An undergraduate education pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Human-Centered Design, or Soft Sciences 
  • A graduation date in 2026 
  • Solid problem-solving skills and detail oriented 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word 
  • Strong Communication skills 
  • Ability to multitask and eager to learn 
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member 
  • Authorization to work in the United States 

Highly preferred candidates also have: 

  • Prior internship experience 
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher 
  • Strong writing skills 
  • Experience with service design
