Your Mission:

As a Regional Tactical Sales & Procurement Specialist, you will be the go-to expert in the Midwest, driving sales and ensuring seamless procurement and order fulfillment. What You’ll Do:
  • Build Relationships That Matter: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with military, law enforcement, and first responder organizations, tailoring solutions to their unique needs.
  • Master Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a winning sales plan to exceed targets within your territory.
  • Champion Procurement Excellence: Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from order placement to fulfillment, ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Be the Face of the Brand: Travel frequently to meet with clients, showcase products, and forge long-term relationships.
  • Stay Ahead of the Game: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep our client ahead in the market.
  • Drive Results: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, report key metrics to senior leadership, and ensure your territory thrives.

  • Procurement Expertise: Hands-on experience managing procurement processes and ensuring seamless order fulfillment is essential.
  • Veteran Preferred: Military veterans with a strong understanding of tactical needs and culture are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Sales Track Record: Proven success in sales, particularly within government contracting, tactical gear, or related industries.
