We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth of our data solutions business. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our DataHub software product to new and existing customers across sectors including banking, construction, property, and government agencies as well as to our core customers of estate agents and property developers.

This is an exciting opportunity to craft a new revenue stream by demonstrating Daft's unique property market data and insights. The cultivation of Daft’s data provides a historic record of housing supply & pricing and allows our partners to measure how demand has interacted with that supply. This detail enables a variety of industries to make better, more informed decisions about how they invest, how they report and how they resource their businesses.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated to grow Daft’s data vertical using both product & market knowledge personalised to the needs of each individual industry. 

What will I be doing

The successful candidate will:

  • Own and drive growth of Daft's data solutions revenue line

  • Prospect, onboard and renew data solutions customers

  • Conduct product demonstrations and close deals with C-level decision makers and Senior Marketing Managers.

  • Build a pipeline of customer feedback to inform product development

  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve quarterly sales targets

  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities

  • Represent Daft at industry conferences and events

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise the product offering
