Job Title: Recruitment Admin Assistant
Location:
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Recruiting Project Manager to support our talent acquisition efforts with critical insights and data-driven strategies. This role will ensure the accuracy of recruitment data, optimize processes, and help shape the company's hiring strategies through actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Maintain and update recruiting data in systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Report Generation: Regularly produce detailed reports on recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Process Optimization: Recommend improvements to workflows and data collection methods.
  • System Support: Assist in configuring and maintaining recruiting tools and dashboards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to provide clear data insights.
  • Compliance: Handle sensitive recruiting data following company policies and privacy regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business administration, or human resources (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in recruiting or an HR environment.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and best practices.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with tools like Pipedrive or similar platforms.
  • An eye for detail and a passion for optimizing recruitment processes.
