Responsibility

HR Data Processing and Analysis

Generating reports on various HR metrics, such as but not limited to employee turnover, absenteeism, performance and employee demographics.
Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues.
Using data visualization tools to create clear and informative reports and dashboards.

Training and Development

Design, implement, and manage training programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee competencies.
Create a competency matrix for each level and positions.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.

Performance Management

Support the development and implementation of performance management processes.
Partner with managers to identify employee development needs and create tailored development plans.
Monitor progress and provide feedback to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Employee Engagement and Retention

Develop initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and job satisfaction.
Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to recommend improvement strategies.

Career Development

Guide employees in creating and pursuing personal development plans.
Identify high-potential employees and support their growth through leadership programs.

Key skills and experience

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR Data Analysis, Learning and Development, or a similar role (3+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of training design, competency matrix, delivery methods, and evaluation techniques.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with performance management systems and career development frameworks.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency in Google suites, MS Office and HRIS tools.
