WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Join a dynamic team of credit risk specialists, contributing to the investigation and analysis of credit information within established guidelines.
Contact customers to determine the reason for payment delays and secure payment commitments, making non-routine outbound calls that may require deviation from standard procedures, screens, and scripts.
Adapt your approach based on customer responses and confidently handle complex situations with a problem-solving mindset.
Conduct extensive research and use a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting to ensure effective collections.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve problems, and provide appropriate solutions.
Develop and implement best practices for collections, ensuring adherence to company standards and efficiency in processes.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

High school education.

1+ to 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or collections.

Strong proficiency in English and Spanish (B2 level and above).

The role demands assertiveness, advanced problem-solving abilities, emotional intelligence, and multitasking skills.

Motivation, self-sufficiency, and a proactive mindset are critical for thriving in a high-achieving team.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 1300 - 2200 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
