We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated QA Engineer to join our team. The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by developing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional user experiences and maintaining high standards of product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning and Execution

  • Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.Identify and prioritise test requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

Defect Management

  • Detect, document, and track bugs using JIRA. 
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues promptly.

Automation Testing

  • Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Ranorex, Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress
  • Integrate automated testing processes into CI/CD pipelines.

Quality Assurance

  • Perform manual and automated testing to ensure optimal system functionality.
  • Verify compliance with business requirements, technical specifications, and user expectations.

Collaboration and Reporting

  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure consistent understanding of requirements.
  • Provide detailed reports on test activities, results, and overall quality metrics to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve QA processes and tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software testing methodologies.
    Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
