As an Implementation Manager for our iQueue for Operating Rooms product, you will develop and strengthen relationships with senior leaders across our customers base and help them use data to set and meet their goals for perioperative areas.
WHAT YOU’LL DODrive operational improvement for our customers (travel required) through our products - you will understand the unique operational needs of each of your customers, evangelize the products, build/run analytics on customer operations and performance, and work with fellow product managers, marketing and sales to ensure that our products are making our customers successfulCommunicate technical requirements and ensure that customer IT and process teams clearly understand the data and setup needs for iQueue (as well as the transfer mechanisms) and coordinate required security and other auditsIndependently manage customer implementations, take ownership of the account after a sales close and make sure that the product is configured correctly; this is an analytically intense process involving receiving accurate data, identifying key users, and ensuring all accounts are provisionedEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key customer contactsMonitor customer operations and operational outcomes by using internal dashboards and customer calls, verify that the product is working well on customer sites, and proactively solve problemsHelp refine vision and strategy by continuously educating inbound product managers on your customers’ stories and pain points and contributing detailed feature ideas to the product roadmapEducate other functional groups about customer successes and pain pointsWork with marketing on producing case studies, customer videos, etc. and help sales close deals as needed in the capacity of a subject matter expertWHAT YOU’LL BRINGBachelor's degree in health sciences, engineering, business administration, or related field, or equivalent years of related experience5+ years of professional experience in a client- or customer-facing role within the healthcare industry, with a thorough understanding of hospital operations.
