This is a remote position.

Role Name: E-commerce & Digital Content Specialist

Schedule:

  • Part-time (20 hours per week), Monday to Friday 12pm to 4pm Brisbane time

Job Description

We’re seeking a talented E-commerce & Digital Content Specialist to join our growing team in a part-time capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and enhance our online presence while contributing to the growth of our digital retail operations. You’ll be working with a specialized e-commerce platform (Marapost) and handling various aspects of digital content management, graphic design, and administrative support. This position is perfect for a creative individual who enjoys the intersection of e-commerce, design, and customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the e-commerce website, ensuring all content is up-to-date and accurately displayed
  • Upload and optimize new product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing
  • Create engaging graphic designs for website content, promotional materials, and digital assets
  • Handle product catalog management and inventory updates
  • Perform regular website maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to support business operations
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms


Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce website management and content updates
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Clear communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred:

  • Experience with Marapost e-commerce platform
  • Background in retail or fashion e-commerce

  • Basic administrative and data entry skills
