Job description

Cybersecurity Account Specialist (CAS) has an important role in how we manage our interactions with all of our customers. Our customers expect CyberMSI professionals to be knowledgeable about cybersecurity, risk management, along with the unique challenges/constraints specific to their environments. CAS serves as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their cybersecurity-related inquiries, concerns, and issues. 
 

What you'll do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their cybersecurity needs, goals, and challenges.  
  • Identify customer's systems and infrastructure vulnerabilities, risks, compliance gaps and provide recommendations and remediation guidance. 
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive demos to potential customers and answer their questions. 
  • Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for improvement and provides strategic cybersecurity recommendations to lower their cyber risk and enhance their operations. 
  • Work with the customer and CyberMSI teams to provide assistance and troubleshooting support to ensure timely and effective resolution. 
  • Coordinate and manage the implementation of cybersecurity solutions for customers, ensuring successful deployment, integration, and configuration. This may involve policy development, software configurations, and other cybersecurity-related projects. 
  • Guide customers on cybersecurity trends, best practices, and emerging solutions that can optimize their cybersecurity infrastructure and operations.  
  • Provide guidance on cybersecurity strategy, controls implementation and compliance to support customers' business objectives. 
  • Investigate and resolve cybersecurity-related problems reported by customers, using analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams within CyberMSI as necessary. 
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful testing and implementation of cybersecurity new solutions. 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided. 
  • Prepare and conduct regular meetings to communicate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI reports and status updates with both customers and internal stakeholders. 
  • Escalate complex technical problems to senior resources and follow up until resolution. 


What you'll bring:
 

  • Bachelor’s or a master’s in computer science or cybersecurity with strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent written and verbal professional communication skills to effectively engage with customers, understand their requirements, and provide exceptional customer support.
    • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, industry changes, and evolving customer needs.  
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities effectively.
